This is the first NGO which works for fire services. Fire Services comes under EMERGENCY SERVIES but at the same time it is a very much neglected department. To work for such department is not an easy task but the death of my brother Abhay Mohite who was working with Fire Brigade inspired me to accept this challenge. The motto of this trust is to familiarise staff of fire services with the government facilities and benefits if any as well as to solve the problems of staff like provision of ambulance for injured staff, risk pay, insurance facilities, uniform quality. Out of these, the trust is succeed to achieve two things i.e. risk pay is now Rs. 500 instead of Rs. 50 per month and second thing instead of insurance BMC is ready to give compensation for injury and death. Some of the officers of Fire Brigade think that they are the DICTATORS and subordinates are SLAVES. Even they think that they are britishers and behaving like britishers only. Trust wanted to make them realise that there is no britishers now and they are living in a democratic country like India as and Indian.
