Promoted 500 SHGs, 24 SHGs Federations, 21 Cluster Associations, 150 Natural Resource Management Groups,20 Small Entrepreneurs Business Agents, 180 small entrepreneurs.Succesfully running micro finance and over Rs 1 crore loans have been given out to SHGs and entrepreneurs during the year 2009-2010 and 2010-up to date.Organisedover 30 workshops and awareness programme on various issues such as consumer rights,human rights, environment, gender, women and Child care,social justice, livelihood improvement, ecotourism, rural market, livestock development. Partnered with NERCORMP project and facilitated community projects: land reclamation, resource management, income generation activity, village development, low cost housing and sanitary latrines construction, rain water harvesting, conservation of forest,agri-horti development, organic farming, bee keeping, animal husbandry and livestock development. trained over 1000 women in book keeping, accounting, savings and thrift, income generation and self employment.Participated exhibition cum mela at regional and National level several times. also organised exhibition and mela at senapati many times for SHGs and Farmers.
