The trust has undertaken activities centered around the farmers, his farm and family. In past years the activities of the trust include Percolation Tanks, Digging Wells, Boring and Blasting Unit, Supply of seeds, Fertilizers, Soil and Water analysis, Model demonstration farm of 110 acres, Nursing, Horticulture, Forestation, Dairy, Poultry, Sheep and Goat rearing, Animal Husbandry, Sericulture, Tissue Culture, Green House, Training for Young farmers, Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Education, Tree plantation, etc. The founders of the institute believed that true development cannot be achieved without education and literacy. And keeping this view in mind they started the educational campus. In the line with thoughts of Rajashree Shri Shahu Maharaj and Mahatma Phule the Trust decided to work towards empowerment of women through education. The Trust laid down the foundation of an ideal educational complex at Shardanagar in 1989 where facilities are made available from Primary to Post-Graduate level. Today 4500 girls/women are getting educated at Shardanagar. The thought behind starting the trust was if one woman is educated, she can educate the whole family and that an educated women can change not only her fate, but also of her entire familys. The trust today has taken a giant leap by establishing a large variety of different educational branches imparting quality and need based education. We have educational branches right from the Pre-Primary level to Post Graduation Level along with various short term courses.We have started Agro Tourism and Environmental awareness & Conservation programmes in the region . The excellent educational facilities offered by the institute has largely contributed in empowering and moulding the rural youth into responsible citizens. The teachers in each field conduct a host of activities which enhance awareness and arouse further curiosity in the subject, which also develops the organizational and analytical skills of students which go a long way in building their future.
