AchieveMents: Giving puppet performances Conducting training programs for social activists,teachers,educationists and children to utilize effectively the medium of puppetry to motivate, inform, educate and entertain on subjects relevant to science with special reference to nutrition, preservation of the environment, adult education, literacy and other present day issues facing society. To encourage creativity and promote talent in children through art and puppetry(which is seen as an integrated approach to all the arts-both performing and visual) by conducting workshops and giving performances both for the priviledged and underpriviledged children. To work towards a further understanding of the medium by doing research,undergoing training,and documentation. Achievements; Ugadi Purashkar award for innovative use of puppetry-1998 conferred by the Madras Telugu Academy NCERT Award for educational toy-Puppet-given to the director,Ratnamala Nori Nandi Award for TV programme -Maya oka Japan Katha telecast on Hyderabad Doordarshan. Participated in National Festivals organanized bythe Sangeet Natak Academy,N.Delhi.all over India
