ACHIEVEMENTS Rashtriya Manav Vikas Samiti (RMVS) is a Dausa (Rajasthan State) based well established social sector non-profit organization (NGO). The NGO was established in the year 1996 under Rajasthan Society Act, 1958 and Society Registration Act, 1860. The organization has also FCRA registration from Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, Government of India. The organization has been working in 4 districts- Dausa, Kota, Bundi and Jhalawar. Since last 13 years, the organization has been continuously promoting various social development programs/projects in rural and urban areas. RMVS has carried out commendable work in the areas of: labor welfare, health and family welfare, disaster management, natural resource management, consumer protection and rights, environment, SHG formation with bank linkages, women empowerment, HIV/AIDS, targeted interventions, agriculture farming, TSC, capacity/ skill development and livelihood training, need assessment, baseline survey, evaluation and research studies etc. Our grants-in-aids agencies are government organizations. RMVS is extremely devoted towards excellent delivery of social services. The NGO has carried out meritorious development and social works. The work has been highly recognized and appreciated by various government functionaries. The Targeted Intervention Project under NACP-III and Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, Jaipur has been successfully implementing by the organization since 2006 to till date in Kota district. Other Targeted Intervention Project is also being run from July 2009 in Bundi district. The organization have got the JAL MITRA AWARD from Regional Commissioner, Regional Jal Abhiyan Samiti, Jaipur and appreciation certificate from district Collector, Dausa on Consumer Rights & Women Development. The organization has also interested to explore its social development activities in other issue based core areas and keenly looking for international grants-in-aids agencies to set up a 20-25 bedded hospital for Injected Drug Users in Kota city.
