AchieveMents: Possit is a young, vibrant and focused organization dedicated to the Nation and Society at large in order to ‘empower people’ and ‘enlighten lives’ of socially and economically marginalized. The institute is registered as a not for profit company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. We scan interior & remote villages, interact with local stake holders and mobilize the unemployed rural youth in the age group of 18-35 years. They are provided with proper training in various disciplines and groomed to employable level. The suitable ‘Placement’ is arranged for them against the existing entry level opportunities in various organizations preferably in the vicinity of region in order to generate livelihood. A Group of dedicated professionals with more than 3 Decades of experience are inclined to take the organization forward and meet the objects. They posses experience in the following fields: • Development Banking, Microfinance, • Human Resource Development, • Education & Vocational Training, • Insurance, • Retail & Sales. The promoters have passion to return to the society their enriched experience, knowledge and network by way of arranging the livelihood for the underprivileged rural youth. Promoter’s ‘sincerity to the cause’ and ‘will to do the things differently’ is the greatest strength of the organization. The organization is run by a professional Board. Objective: In order to achieve inclusive growth & economic independence across all sections of the society, there is a need for creating an adequately trained workforce in different domains and mapping with the market/ Industry requirement to fill the skill gap. We need to develop globally deployable skilled manpower and enhance employability for both urban and rural youth. Out of the Priority Sectors, identified by the Planning Commission, Possit would like to focus in the following Industry/ Service sectors: 1. Automotive/ Auto Components 2. Healthcare 3. Beauty & Wellness 4. Logistics 5. Agriculture 6. Apparel 7. Organized Retail 8. Tourism & Hospitality
