AchieveMents: The main activities of the organization include: *Promote academic and vocational education amongst the children of Kolkata and make endeavor to eradicate illiteracy particularly of the weaker sections of the population living in the slums *Create an atmosphere for the children and their guardians wherein they all are imbibed with the moral values of life to become the worthy citizens of the land *Initiate programs aimed at providing effective prevention of Drug-abuse, Alcoholism, HIV/STDs/AIDS in the society through a multi-sectoral response by means of an integrated model of treatment, care and support to the victims, women, children and people of high risk behavior and also provide support programs giving continued attention to the general problems of the disabled, elderly people, mentally retarded persons including street and working children for making them realize the meaning and objective of good health and mind and the necessity of the environmental promotion and protection thereof for better survival in the society
