AchieveMents: Army Constructed Ashiana Orphanage Boys Hostel at Kishtwar under operation Sadbhawana for ensuring the boarding Lodging and educational facility to militancy effected orphan boys to save their future and turn their misfortune into fortune. Army was also interested to provide same facility to other need orphans, helpless/source less/ school going children of rural / hilly area, so that they may not became strayed owing to their poorness. After assessing the working of Social Reforms and Charitable Organization, the management of Ashiana were assigned to this organization on 23rd January, 2005. We accepted this responsibility with candid and open heart. SRCO going a head to perform its and is providing free boarding, lodging educational sports medical facilities to 35 militancy effected orphans in Ashiana on its own capital and cost by way of personal monthly contribution of members of the organization with its best efforts. SRCO is running 20 creche units in the far flung areas of Doda/Kishtwar District where 500 units are getting supplementary nutrition health care and education. SRCO has been nominated by the Govt. of India as MNGO for implementing RCH Programme in District Doda/Kishtwar. This organization also delivering family councelling facilities to the poor, destitute, widow women and also running condensed course / vocational training for empowerment of women folk.
