AchieveMents: VLCT & RC is striving for upliftment of the deprived and destitute women, children and disable welfare services. 1.26 lakhs of children were benefitted by vaccination service program. 6000 women were benefitted by the self employment and skill development program and successfully formed 500 self help groups and provided loans through banks for self sustenance, 196 deserted and destitute women from various situations were saved. 1200 camps were conducted regarding mother and child health awareness and counseling was provided to reduce mortality and morbidity among the infants. 56 street children were rescued and rehabilitated. Nearly 112 orphaned and abandoned children were saved and rescued. 300 children living in the burial ground were rescued and successfully imparted into schools. 100 Physically and mentally disabled children were rehabilitated and provided with food, shelter and, medicines. 130 early intervention programs were conducted to detect and identify disability at an early stage. Nearly 720 cases were detected and secured the child from disability. 11 Mandals of more disability cases were identified and 415 children are provided with training. Nearly 1500 children have been benefited by different kinds of therapies. More than 600 children were given training in various vocational training programs to reduce dependency. 1230 awareness campaigns were conducted to educate the society against disability. 23 villages were adopted to provide various awareness and counseling services along with medical benefits to improve the living standards.
