The Group tries to uplift the life of community people by providing various income generating activities through community participation. It seeks to improve up to a minimum standard of life to the marginalized community by means of their own effort so as to lead a life of self-esteem and dignity.
Women are the pillar of society. If we want to march ahead towards progressive way we should emphasis the need to develop women group. Lower socio-economic condition, higher rate of illiteracy, male dominating society; poor health seeking behaviuor, are some of the condition which acts as resisting force for up-gradation of women folk. In this regard, Zeal Thrill Friendship Group initiates activities like SHG formation along with various income generating activities among the rural poor of the locality.
Youths are an indispensable part of society. They have many facet talents, potentialities as well as capabilities. The Group tries to provide a ground to develop their potentialities in positive way to become a good citizen Organization focuses on games and sports as a part of youth development programme in collaboration with Govt. agencies like Nehru Yuva Kendra.
Group is to preserve Rare Books and Manuscripts; as well as Satria Culture of Assam and in view of that Dharma Mahasabha was organized in collaboration with IMAGE & Alipukhuri Patekibori Satra, it seeks to maintain the rich cultural heritage of the state which is going to be extinct gradually.
We need some solution to cope with the situation. Assam and entire NE Region is rich in biodiversity as well as various tropical ranges of forests. Presently the enrich biodiversity is facing a common threat by various man-made biodegradable activities. People are doing such kind of activities due to lack of knowledge and also poor socio-economic condition. Zeal Thrill Friendship Group, in such a state of affairs tries to preserve the environment through environment awareness programme and plantation in different places by observing the Environment Week every year since the inception of the Group, in collaboration with Govt. agency.
Organization also focuses on Family life Education among the group of Adolescent and young people on its own sources. Apart from this organization also involved in any kind of government health related programmes. Organization has been engaged in Targeted Intervention Project on Female Sex Worker on prevention of STI/HIV/AIDS awarded by Assam State AIDS Control Society. Organization also address basic amenities of human being by conducting sanitation programme
Assam is flood prone state and every year thousands of people are affected by devastating effects of flood. During such situation organization provides relief to flood affected people from its own sources. Organization also provides helping hand to meritorious poor students for their admission and to pursue their education up to secondary level.
Organization is running one Legal Aid Centre at Dhing town which provides legal support to helpless poor ladies and other deprived community people during the time of distress.
