Aadarsh Vikas Samiti had organized a seminar on health on World Health Day .A lecturer was given on health by Dr.Amirul Hassan to the members of seminar .A rally on AIDS was taken out and awarness wasspread about the disease by the Samiti .A poster making competition was also held with its topic as AIDS .A cultural programme was organized by the society depicting the art and culture of our state and country .People were informed by the society of the prevailing environmental crisis and how to overcome it .Vrishk Aropd was done by the members of society .Residernts of slum area were told the importance of water and how to consrve and preserve it .Children of the area were informed of importance of education .People were also made aware of the overpopulation and how to handle it .
