VISION AND GOALS: MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND :- 8. (a). Objective of the organization with which it was started: BHIMWS come into existence in the year 1989-90 by a group of like minded individual who happens to be in the same boat or young as Mr. M.S. Ansarl the chief functionary and founder of the organization who lost his parents at an early age become young with the help of his blood relatives started schooling some how manage to complete his matriculation. He joined the college but could not complete his education due to so many ifs and buts he how ever tried his best to seek private service to ensure his survival but could not do so for so many reasons. He struggled fail to get job started a small business paid divident to him in his later career as dealer for irrigation pumps. He started selling diesel pumping set and boring material to those farmers seeking loan/ subsidy from the state Govt.,Under IRDP which make him to earn money with the helps of Bank and govt. official as mediator for both. This made him money earner by sharing subsidy amount with others who were involved in the process. The ill Practice adopted in this trade made him to think there explatation of poor farmers by those who always talk about the welfare of people, Thus he decided to leave such trade practice to do some thing better for the benefit of poor and needy of the area. Bashirul Hoda Islahul Muslemin Welfare society come into existence with active individuals of the area. The society Registration Act 21 of 1860 bearing No. 396 on 20.01.1990 from inspector general Registration Patna (Bihar). (b). VISION MISSION AND GOALS OF THE ORGANISATION BHIMWS is an out come of neglected orphan child who become the victim of circumstances by tossing parents indulges in trade practice of such nature which exploit the poor and under privileged class of Population. Thus the thought fullness individual shall at obviously for such communities who are leading miserable life with out any dignity and dreams the young man dreams a society which is free from exploitation illiteracy ill health, unemployment and inequality there fore BHIMWS visualize a society with brotherhood equal or opportunity for earning lively hood educated and aware of better living. Thus BHIMWS vision is for a society with self under standing dignity independent to lead dignified life with brotherly approach. Mission of BHIMWS shall be create conditions for sustainable development. Through improvement individual to make them better performer. Thus activities responsible for higher income with suitable opportunities for opting better option of leading dignified life such as education, health awareness, skill development and all other activities helpful in achieving the vision of BHIMWS. (c) Goals of BHIMWS: Following goals and objective the vision of the organization. (i) To develop the weaker sections of the society through economic and social change, So that there will be an equitable distribution of resources in the society. (ii) To undertake all activities necessary for integrated rural development. (iii) To promote human resources and to make them good citizen & the community. (iv) To promote peoples participation in development process through total/ village and group organization. (v) To promote human development through unity, self-reliance, brother- hood, self-help and self-dignity. (vi) To promote balanced and strong economy including strengthening of agriculture, trade business activities as well as creation of infrastructure and extension of energy resources in the area and to promote environment and sanitation. (vii) To promote human development through education, cultural, literacy and health promotional activities in the areas. (viii) To promote people structures like SHG’s, Mahila Mandal and youth clubs for the sustainable development of the society. (ix) To promote skill development through various vocational training programmes in the areas. (x) To promote and raise the capacity of
