AchieveMents: FES works towards the ecological restoration and conservation of land and water resources in the uplands and other eco-fragile, degraded and marginalized zones of the country and to set in place the processes of coordinated human effort and governance. Till September 2020, directly through its field teams and in partnership with State governments and NGOs, FES has brought 8.9 million acres of Commons under improved tenure and local governance, impacting lives of 16.3 million individuals.
