AchieveMents: Jan Shikshan Sansthan is vocational education institutional for adult by linking literacy with vocational training JSSs. Seek to improve the quality of like of the beneficiaries. In the beginning theses institutions were organizing vocational training and skill up gradation programmer’s mostly urban & rural areas weaker section. But after the introduction of national literacy mission. Almost the entire country has been covered SC, ST, OBC, Gen, & weaker section benefices. The JSSs now has the entire district as its area of operation and they hare expected to worth as district level resource support agencies in organizing vocational training programmers for neo literates & class 8th rudimentary level. Keeping the above in mind Govt. of India ministry of HRD guideline for management planning and programmed of the schemer of the JSSs. JSSs scheme is the launch for the mostly self employment generating programmers and socio, Economical states will be maintained of The weaker section society. JSSs conducted from awareness program operation areas from developed. The district living from woman, men and child, JSSs has been working as a district resouers center.
