AchieveMents: IDUs are provided with new syringes in exchange of used ones through Outreach Workers (ORWs) and Peer Educators (PEs). The objective of the programme is to prevent and intervene the transmission of HIV amongst injecting Drug Users (IDUs). 95665 syringes were distributed and 67078 syringes were returned during the period.
