AchieveMents: Aas society was established in the year 1997 and registered under Firms and Societies and Govt. of Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act, 1973 vide Regd No 5041 by 97 dated on 01 Aug 1997 The society has been working continuously with a mission to promote rural livelihood through technical assistance. The society has carried community literacy programmes to make the rural population self dependent The literacy programme has been started since 1999 In the year 2004 05 many district of Madhya Pradesh were covered under the literacy campaign It created a conducive environment for rural literacy and Education During such a long tenure of society members of the society were involved lively in the literacy programmes, in order to bring a meaningful future for children women and adults of our country Society has taken many efforts and initiative to develop the value of Education among the rural community Society has also arranged programmes to promote the Rich cultural heritage of our country especially among the youth population Innovative programmes such as Nukkad Natak Stage shows Drama Painting competition were used as a tool to promote capacity building among children The Society s mission is to promote various vocational education and short as well as long term Training Programmes such as Sewing Fish net making Fish feed etc in order to make the weaker population self dependent Society is working in field of Aquaculture, Health Environment and literacy among the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe population. The society is also committed in eradication of child labour Society has rganized many free health camps for rural, poor & slum communities The society has also organised camps rallies seminars to create awareness and to promote preservation of Environment. The society has promoted awareness programmes for reduction of Pollution and effects of Global warming Presently Aas society is running a project funded by Women & Child development dept Govt. of India on Training and demonstration of Modern Aquaculture since March 2005 in Dhar District of Madhya Pradesh Aas societys current initiative is in the field of Skill development in the sectors such as food processing and preservation, Information technology hospitality tourism and automobile The Goal of society is to cater the Vocational Training needs of trainees and entrepreneurs to create sustainable support system for skill development. The society through it s funds and grants from the Govt. is going to create a vocational training module for skill development in different sectors On the other hand, skill development will achievement its end only through Market Friendly or to say as per market demand Training curriculum. The society will pay emphasis on placement of the trainees and for that society will provide trainee as per local need of workers for the industries and market. On the whole society is looking forward to engage the youth of India in for a potentially skillful employee as well as entrepreneur for the Country The society with the help of Govt is going to cater the needs of growing demand of skill development in Modern India.
