AchieveMents: Adarsha Sangha has emerged to give a shape to all those welfare activities were initiated by the local youths; school student and other s motivated people of Dewanpasha village. Although this organisation initiative has been started on January 12th 1983 under the banner of the Adarsha Sangha, but it has got legal identity during the year 1999.
The sangha was moulded with the inspirations of Swami Vivekananda for has dedicated services, love and social work for the fellow people, neighbours and the countryman. Considering above motivation, the initial support was receipt from a total number of 25 people and few females determined to do some social works for the needy and deprived people of the area.
However, the initial services were restricted within the educational support, financial support, support of complete marriage of girls, construction of village roads, provide blood to the patients etc. later the effect of the dedicated service has encouraged the more people to join their hands with the Sangha.
Institutions like Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) North Tripura District has also extended their support to utilize this motivation and service in and around the Dewanpasha village to mobilize youths in groups through the sangha. The reflection of the services of the extended by the sangha can also be measured with best Youth Awards for consecutive three years i.e. for the year 1999, 2000, 2001 and also District Level best Youth Club Award-2015, State Level best Youth Club Award 2015, our CEO Sri Anjan Bardhan also getting National Youth Award in the year 2004.
Besides, awards as the Best District Youth Club of North Tripura District for the year 2002 has further encourages the members and volunteers to give their best for the development of the people.
In the year 2004 the Sangha has start prayash project (Micro credit Program) in the year 2007 lunched grass root resource centre (GRC) project and in the year 2010 start community based fishery project under guidance of RGVN, Guwahati and TATA Social Trust, Mumbai.
In the year 2015 the Sangha has start the 2 nos. sub centre for Child line Project in Jampui & Kanchanpur under guidance of Child Line India Foundation (CIF) under Ministry of woman and Child Development Govt. of India.
Therefore, the supports and co operation received form this organization like NYKS, Tripura, RGVN, Guwahati, RMK, Delhi, NEDFi, Guwahati, SIDBI, Guwahati, TATA Social Welfare Trust, Mumbai, Tripura State Pollution Control Board, Childline India Foundation, Mumbai, Tripura State AIDS Control Society, Agartala, NVBDCP, Agartala, CMO, North, became our guiding factors to continue our services aiming towards target development.
