We organized an immersive Aranyawas in the forest, fostering a profound connection with nature. Our online discussions on poetry and two offline workshops on meditation and self-observation in natural settings have been impactful. With a YouTube channel hosting 600 videos, and active Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp communities, we are dedicated to promoting mental health.
