AchieveMents: The professional theatre Barasat Anusalini (B.A.) is in its 32 years existence and continuous to work with singular commitment to theatre. A non-profit registered organization, (B.A) is a theatre ensemble of professional and mature artist working through repertory performances and professional training, led by Mr. Rama Prasad Banik & Amal Kumar Dey. B.A. seeks to explore interdisciplinary art forms and diverse artists and audience communities from all over the country. B.A. conducts state wise theater workshop that involve maximum representation of participants from all backgrounds. The workshops are open to students, corporate, artists and academics. Apart from organizing state festival in future may extends to national and all so international theatre festivals, if permits. B.A. started theatre at home i.e. West Bengal organize since inception i.e. 1978, whereby theatre was taken into people’s dressing room, terraces, backyards and other alternative spaces . B.A. organizes various seminars & intends to conferences on theatre related issues.
