In the world of Career Development Research and Charitable Trust, are Education, Training, Healthcare and livelihood for the welfare of the deprived. Most of the areas where we are working are acute poverty, lack of basic facilities, rampant unemployment where probably the only silver lining is the host of beautiful mountains. Career Development Research and Charitable Initiative is a registered voluntary organization established in 2014 and date of registration is in 2015. Since its inception, it concentrates in Education, Short term training, Women Empowerment, female literacy, formal education, for children, non formal education, Counselling, Education Consultancy, rural employment, Agriculture, Handicrafts, Income generating skills, community health and awareness programs on various social issues, Training and employment, Computer Education for the deserving people of kashmir. We are working in the fields of development, children, Education , Livelihood and Poverty , Health and sanitation,Women empowerment, Youth welfare. Career Development Research and charitable Trust Organised seminars and awareness camps to impart systematic and programmed knowledge to the students so as to keep pace with new global developments. We establish Career development centers, counselling centers, education consultancy point and job placement centers. Tour and travels, skill and self employment centers, child and women welfare centers, in which the needy , poor and hard working youths gain the power of knowledge in a systematic manner to overcome from the unemployment in the valley and provide pace in the educational developments under title CDP... Career Development Point. We launch a magazine for the enhancement and development of the youth thoughts and welfare in both the fields of modern knowledge under title CDP... Magazine, Career Development Point. We provide relief to the flood victims in the society by generating our efforts for the interests of public to redress their problems and grievances. Career Development Research and charitable Trust provides awareness, short and long term programs especially upgrading skill self employment , Handicrafts, Health, Agriculture, Digital life, Floriculture, Horticulture, Education, Cultural and environmental etc which increases the production base and upgrade the skill of handicraft artisans by providing them awareness and benefits of all state and central Government Schemes. We establish and organize conferences, seminars , meetings and discussions for the establishment of Research and Development centers in various regions. We organize relief and scholarship programs for the poor youths, students of the society by conducting surveys. Seminars etc to acquire the primary education among the youths under head.... Career Development point . We provide awareness to all the handicraft artisans with the benefits of all state / central Government Schemes i.e Jen Shree Bima Yojna Scheme ,JSBY, Health Bima Yojna Schemes and many other related schemes. Career Development Trust ensures its efforts to promote national unity, integrity , patriotism and humanity by organizing quarterly meetings and debates with the respective citizens of the society. We conduct counseling centers for the development and to ensure the infrastructure in the Tribal , Backward areas, Scs, Sts, OBCs etc, under the provision of Indian act. We provide computer education to the students to promote our weaker sections of the society. We tend to subscribe , affiliate, collaborate with other societies, Trusts having the same objectives in part or in whole to provide short and long term training courses, educational courses and relief to needy persons, widows, orphaned children, Death or mortality and to promote our weaker section of the society. Our work also comprises towards setting up Balwadies, book banks, Adult education, Vocational training centers, reading rooms and coaching centers. To reform , Improve and sustainability of the diminishing religious, Commercial, traditional, cultural and national languages in the country. We co-ordinate the actions undertaken in pursuance of the above mentioned programs and projects so as to ensure their effective implementation including co- operation from Government and non government agencies with similar projects with a view to enlisting their support.
