AchieveMents: -:Hospital Activities:- Organisation run 80 bed community-rural hospital to provide rational and affordable medical treatment to poor tribal community. All kind of basic facilities like laboratory services, operation theatres, delivery rooms, six general wards, nine private rooms, Neonatal Intensive Care unit, ICU, X-ray, Sonography, dialysis etc. are available. Major Services are available like, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, ophthalmology, General surgery, orthopedic, Skin, E.N.T, nephrology, Dental, Physiotherapy services. -Yearly, about 77,000 patients are seen in OPD and more than 7500 are admitted for further health management. We also run Weekly Dispensary at Kudkas village of Dang district and providing medical services to community of interior area. Community Health Project:- - Nutrition and Child Health Projects to fight with malnutrition problems among 0 to 6 years children - Adopted 101 Anganwadi of Gandevi, chikhli blocks & 45 Anganwadi of Vansda Block of Navsari District under Child Health & Nutrition project - Antenatal Care Project to improve maternal health - Geriatric project to take care of health of elderly people focusing on non-communicable diseases in 15 villages. - Adolescent Health Projects to improve overall health of adolescents - Health Education project to create awareness among community about different diseases Rural Development Activities:- - “Sanitation-Project” help to build low cost toilets – uptill more than 150 toilet covered - Strengthening & Capacity building programs for micro-saving groups of women - Skill development programs to improve their livelihood under women empowerments project. - Sewing classes for adolescent and women – more than 900 adolescent & women trained by this classes - Sanitary Napkin project run by group of women to provide low cost & eco-friendly sanitary napkins to girls & women - Tutorials programs helps to strengthen primary education of more than 200 tribal children - “PARODH” Child Education and Development Centre- a residential facility for children of migrant families, broken houses, alcoholics & orphans
