AchieveMents: HEDCON has organized trainings and has been able to train 169 mineworkers and (or) their children in livelihood skills. This has helped them not only in getting jobs, but also having access to loans for starting their business HEDCON organized workshops in 275 schools and trained 1500 teachers and 23000 students for electronic waste management
