AchieveMents: IRDS had supported nearly one thousand two hundred women in the northern districts of Tamil Nadu Villupuram Cuddalore Thiruvannamalai Vellore and Thriruvallur to get back pieces of Panchami Lands in their names and had helped them to take up organic farming to produce their own food. IRDS had supported nearly two thousand young men and women in the northern districts of Tamil Nadu to become University Graduates and find employment in different sectors who are leading life with dignity.
