AchieveMents: 1.Thirteen, on-field at different lignite sites, Train the trainer,skill development training programs. 2.Five, on the field at different sites, Train the trainer skill development programs jointly with SCMS for ITI students Zaghadia, Panandhro, Bhavnagar at GMDC lignite sites.3.Nine, seminars and training programs on subjects of safety while using explosives and blasting in mining operations, for executives of corporate entities of mining industry all over India and particular in Gujarat.
