AchieveMents: Have been able to bring back three thousand out of school children back to school in the last four years. Our model of child-focused intervention is now being replicated and implemented by other agencies and NGOs within and outside the state. Have been able to successfully link twelve thousand different vulnerable populations with the existing Government services and schemes like disability pension, widow pension, minority scholarship, housing, Swash Bharat.
