AchieveMents: KALAM EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, Agra U.P. has nominated Dist.-Level socio- development activist as Dist. Coordinator in each district to study for need base, study & assessment of local development needs. Including backward, forward linkage & local natural heritage conservation to work with innovative development plan as demand of the State & Central Govt. programs time to time. Organization is working with Govt. aided project in Youth training, Skills Development, Vocational Training, Design & Technical Development Workshop for handicraft Cluster program Brass Metal Craft, Educational, Agra Munucipal Reform Project, Urdu Study Centre, Child Labour School, Health awareness, Mahila Rojgar Parak Training Balbari Kendra, Joint Forest Management, Base line Survey & Formation of SHG’s, Workshop and Seminar etc organized different district of Uttar Pradesh. Major Activities & Achievements *The Society has runned BalBadi Kendra for the purpose of Pre-primary education for slums area children Under National Slums Development Project funded by DUDA Agra & Aligarh.500 children uplift primary education. Also a Survey under SJSRY Scheme. Project for formation of RCV/NHG/CDS & one day Training of 1000 RCV/NHG/CDS was also organized by society. *Joint Forest Management Programme Under Vishav Vaniki Pariyozana Funded by World Bank. The objective of the programme was formation of Village forest commitiee for the purpose of public partnership in forestation 10 village in Agra and 10 village Badun Forest Division. *Agra Municipal Reform Project as pilot project Funded by JBIC (Japan Bank of Corporation ) in five identified slums of Agra Municipal Area. Was runned in the year 2004 to aware the people about sanitation, cleanness etc. and formation of R.W.A. was also done. *Child labour School/ Rehabliatation Center Under National Child Labor Project Funded by Ministry of Labor & Employment Govt. of india was runned by the society since 2005 to 2014 in Agra District. The project . aimed at running of Special Child Labour School /Special Training School for the Education & Rehabilitate of Child Labour.More than 650 working children are mainstreaming of class 6th. *The Society is Continually running Urdu Study Center having One Year Diploma in Urdu Language Since 2010. This Programme Funded By National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language Ministry of HRD Govt. of India. More than 600 student are pass out of one year diploma. *The Society has Organized One Design & Technical Development Workshop in Lather Craft and Zari Zardozi at Agra & Manpuri District. This Programme Funded by Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicraft ) Ministry of tax tile Govt. of India .60 Artisans are Benefited. *Diagnostic Survey, Community Empowerment for Mobilization of 70 SHG’s approx 1000 artisan in Brass Metal Craft at Lalitour U.P. Under AHVY (Cluster). This Programme Funded by Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicraft ) Ministry of tax tile Govt. of India . *The Society arrange Health Defensive camp from own private paid source since 2991. Today various decease like Aids and Cancer has been very dangerous for human species. We are Conscious every people as well as arrange awareness camp for aids and cancer in various village and slumps with the help of street theater serials, local song and rally for awareness of cancer and aids.Medical defense camp specially for pregnant women or babies arrange by society fo economical, social,educational and women lift as well as generate leadership development after that adding with main stream of society. *For welfare of minorities and other backward class & Needy People of society various self-employment technique, business training program Continually arrangement by the society from private paid source and various program which are going under national program of government society playing own role time to time in this program. We have sufficient staff and resource available for operated various conducted program related to teaching.
