AchieveMents: Committee is organizing Book Fair for more than a decade . Moreover the organization holds seminars, cultural events and competitions. Every year thousands of book lovers from in and around Kalyani visit the fair for books and various cultural events during the fair. Apart from these different social programmes are also organized by the committee, like ‘Blood Donation Camp’, ‘Senior Citizen Meet’. The organization has also taken initiatives to provide financial assistance to needy students and small libraries in nearby locations. For the last few couple of years the Book Fair has received both financial assistance and participation from National Book Trust, India.
