AchieveMents: 1.successfully running T.I. project of CGSACS in Gariyaband District of Chhattisgarh state since the year 2011. 2. played a significant role in facilitating beneficiaries of Forest Rights Act in applying for and in getting individual and Community Forest Rights which resulted very positively that many villages in the region have gotten community forest rights and have started managing their community forest rights. 3. have been trying to preserve and encouraging farmers to cultivate traditional food grain such as KODO, KUTKI ETC., which are more nutritional 4. have been conducting awareness campaign in order to ensure attendance of women in Gram Sabhas. This has had a wonderful impact such as the participation of women in Gram Sabha in our region is greater than other region. 5. have been training Kamar tribes of the region to develop their traditional modes of creating bamboo products.
