AchieveMents: Annual Report and Activities for the Year April 2015 to March 2016
The Lachit Yuvak sangha is a community based voluntary organisation, committed for rural community and youth. A young group of volunteer are rendering there service with dedication and philantopic mood for sustainable development looking the version.
Unrelating endeavour and effort for the successful accomplishment of different porgramme and activities organised and implemented in the year 2014- 2015 in the various mention herewith.
Health and Sanitation- Two nos of awareness generation programme on National Health mission were organized, collaboration with District programme Manager, Deptt. of H & F W govt. of Assam, Dhemaji, at Jayrampur Panchayat office and Hatigarh G.P. Co-operation with WHO Tezpur unit and health Deptt.of Dhemaji in the pulse polio immunization week drive. Total 60 nos of low cost sanitary latrine were constructed and handover to house hold family under SBM.
Agriculture and Rural Development- Farming work through the 5 nos of SHGs have been doing in the Kochoiting, Hatigarh and Telijan Gaon. 5 nos of SHGs were brought to Bank credit linkage with SBI Dhemaji, among 50 nos of SHGs nursuring by Lachit Yuvak Sangha.
Women Empowerment and Child Development- Total 4 nos of Rajib Gandhi National Creche programmes was implement, and 8 nos of workers income generate under CSWB, new Delhi. Formation and nurcsering SHGs amongst women in the ST area under NRLM.
Co-operation in enrollment drive programme with Sarba Siksha Abhijyan Mission Dhemaji in the Dhemaji Dev. Block. Awareness programme on ââ¬ËRight to information act. 2005ââ¬â¢ on 28th Sep. 2014 amongst the group of Youth and the News Paper correspondentââ¬â¢s and distributed copies of summary of the act. both English and Assamese version. Six days long English language teaching training programme was organized for the teacher of secondary level school of Dhemaji DIET from 19th Oct. to 23rd Oct. 14 in collaboration with English Language Teaching Institute of Assam, Ghy. for the benefit of Assamese medium School English Teachers. Total participant 50 Nos.
World Environment day is observed at Hatigarh on 5th June14.
51Nos of village disaster management committee and village plan constituted under the Bishnupur, Uttar Dhemaji G.P. and the Dhemaji Dev. Block co-operation with Revenue department Dhemaji and UNDP.
World ââ¬ËAIDSââ¬â¢ day 2014 was observed, appearing a long Bicycle rally from Chamarajan to Dhemaji Health development office complex. Jaymoti Utsav, Lachit Divas, Me-Dam Me-Fi were observed like preveius years. A Bihu cultural team consist of 14 Nos of youth was led to Samastipur, Bihar to participate Rly. ââ¬ËGRAM SARAS MELAââ¬â¢ from 9th to 12 th Dec. 14. The Foot ball and Cricket team & Vlley ball team are being developed.
