AchieveMents: MTrix Scholarship for the children of group III and IV Employees of the Rashtriya Indian Military College Dehradun was instituted during the academic year 2002-03. The Scholarship in the form of cash and certificates is distributed at the college on the 13 March every year to the deserving children.
Rural Development. Visited and discussion with Pradhans of Gram Panchayat of Village Devidhura of Block Patti of District Champawat Uttrakhandand during the year 2007 and 2008 for establishment of Coaching Institute and proposal to the Uttrakhand Government for opening of the Industrial Training Institute was initiated.
Honouring the Veer Naris. Musical Tributes Function was organised at the Air Force Auditorium Subroto Patk New Delhi on the 27 March 2008 and the Veer Naris of 1962 1965 and 1971 Wars were appropriately honoured, Free legal Camp was held on the 02 January 2007 at Vijay Veer Awas Yojna Sector18 A Dwarka New Delhi.
Social Responsibilities. Coaching for the Street children of Below Poverty Line families at the MTrix Coaching Institute since 2007. Free Medical Camps in associations with the Max India Foundation and the Fortis Hospital on 02 January during the year 2008/2011/2013 to 2016. Bhandara at the Trust office on the 02 January during the year 2009 2010 and 2012. Career Counselling and Personality Development Capsules for the 7000 Senior Secondly Students of 45 Government and Private Schools of Delhi NCR and Dehradun during the year 2010/11. Distribution of Clothes & Blankets Camp for the Cloud Burst Affected Families of 2010 at Village Paharpani of District Nainital Uttrakhand on the 12 April 2013. Bhandara was also held simultaneously at the camp site.
Employability through Skill Development. Ministry of Defence Conducted Resettlement Courses for the retiring personnel of Armed Forces for their second career since last six years from 2011 onwards at the Regimental Centres all over India. One Day placement linked Security Guard Training Capsules for the unemployed youth of the society during the year 2010-11. Ministry of Tourism. Placement linked Hospitality and Tourism Security Course in association with Indian Tourism Development Corporation under Hunar Se Rozgar during 2012. Ministry of Minority Affairs. Placement linked Security Courses under the project Seekho aur Kamao for the Unemployed Youth of minority communities of West Bengal Rajasthan Tamil Nadu and Delhi States during the year 2014-15.
