AchieveMents: Operation Eyesight India (OEI) in 2018, through its partner hospitals benefitted approximately 45,000 people. OEI through Drishti project conducted various eye screening program across 3 States of India and supported quality cataract surgery of identified patients in the partner hospitals. OEI also built the capacity of primary health staff on primary eye care which helped the trained primary health staff to identify common eye diseases in their area and refer them to the appropriate centers.
