The Objective of Pearl Vocational Centre, an initiative of Pearl Special Needs Foundation is to impart pre-vocational and vocational skills training to the special needs youth, and provide opportunities for internship and work in sheltered, supervised or open market employment according to the ability of the child. In the period of year 2018 to 2019 , PVC has trained 19 students, given jobs to 3 students, held exhibition of student products and trained for 15 different professions.

The Objective of Pearl Vocational Centre, an initiative of Pearl Special Needs Foundation is to continue to impart pre-vocational and vocational skills training to the special needs youth, and provide opportunities for internship and work in sheltered, supervised or open market employment according to beneficiary. In the period of year 2019 to 2020, PVC has trained thirty-five students, given jobs to 5 students, given internships to 9 students and trained for 12 different professions

The Objective of Pearl Vocational Centre, an initiative of PSNF is to continue to impart pre-vocational and vocational skills training to the special needs youth, and provide opportunities for internship and work in sheltered, supervised or open market employment according to the beneficiary. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, for the year 2020-21, PVC had shifted its training operations online thus giving great exposure and training for digital competence added to the vocational skills training.
