Operational Districts: Jalpaiguri , North Twenty Four Parganas, South Twenty Four Parganas, Darjiling , Alipurduar, Birbhum

AchieveMents: Promotion of ABCD (Activity based Collective of Didis) a women Institution in the coastal delta (Sundarbans) to collectively burgain with wholesale markets for chick,fish,goat and the chilli.Standardization of System of Root Intensification (SRI) through on farm and station research with the State Agriculture University in West Bengal. Putting in huge gravity flow irrigation project in Himalayan Dooars. Spring shed management initiative with the Govt. in three himalayan districts of Bengal. An exclusive work to transform the livelihoods of the ultra poor. Introducing five square model technology in saline delta-being adopted by Govt.Finaly, agriculture and allied livelihoods with over 15000 households.Non pesticide management and introduction of organic agriculture is an expertize proven in Himalayan Dooars. An innovative model of addressing child nutrition insecurity model have been successfully put in with over 1000 children in Sundarbans and Dooars. An exclusive work has been done to transform the livelihoods of the ultra poor in the Sundarbans and getting out-scaled in Jalpaiguri District.
