SANGAM WORLD CENTRE OF THE WORLD ASSOCIATION OF GIRL GUIDES AND GIRL SCOUTS Key Issues and Operational Areas, Major Activiities & Achivements

Operational Districts: Pune

Operational States: MAHARASHTRA

AchieveMents: Sangam provides opportunities for self development of girls and young women, from India and overseas, by means of non-formal education during events and programmes which are scheduled throughout the year. One of our key areas of training and education is leadership. All leadership events combine cultural learning with personal development. Participants get involved in a Community Action Project with a local Sangam Community Partner to learn about how they can become an agent of change.
