Workshops for School Teachers at our Training Centre Approx 50 workshops for school teachers have been conducted at our Delhi based training centre on following topics related with school safety:  Disaster management, institutional framework in India  Overview of School Safety Program as per NDMA guidelines, Guidelines of Ministry of Home Affairs and 2009 verdict of Hon’ble Supreme Court.  Fire Safety, Earthquake Safety, Flood safety.  Safety against Terror Strikes.  HVRC Analysis.  Emergency Medical Response.  Search & Rescue and Evacuation Techniques.  Preparation of 4 types of maps on disaster management for schools.  Development of School D.M. Plan.  Mock drill framework.  Formation of various teams in schools and their roles & responsibility.  Psycho-Socio care in disaster management.  CBRN emergencies. Development of Disaster Management Plans  Development of DDMPs for 4 districts in Bihar for BSDMA.  Development of Evacuation Plan for DPS Mathura Road.  Disaster Management Plan for District Court, Saket, New Delhi.  Disaster Management Plan for Delhi High Court.  Development of D.M. plans for many schools in Delhi/NCR. Puram, New Delhi.  Survey of schools on disaster preparedness for DDMA, South East District, Delhi.  Survey of Mayapuri & Naraina industrial area on disaster preparedness for DDMA, New Delhi Distt.  Survey of East Distt & Central Distt in Delhi on disaster preparedness for Delhi Disaster Management Authority (HQ) is under way.  HVRC analysis of many schools in Delhi.  HVRC analysis of slum in South Delhi.  Risk Analysis of Nehru Place market & office complex. Open Defecation Free (ODF) Villages under Swachh Bharat Mission  In Pilibhit District with Dainik Jagran & District Administration.  In Allahabad District with special focus in 122 villages on banks of Ganga River with district Administration. Agriculture Sector Disaster Risk Reduction  Focused on “Balanced Use of Fertilizers” by farmers.  Campaign Name: “Adhunik Annadata”.  Ground level capacity building by way of skill development of rural youths in soil testing to ensure door step services to farmers.  To train approx 1 Lac youths in next 2 years.
