AchieveMents: South Konkan Education Society was founded in Savantwadi with its first educational institution Rani Parvati Devi College of Arts and Science. Later Rani Parvati Devi College was relocated to Belagavi. It enjoys enormous goodwill as provider of quality education in this part of Karnataka. Today it runs a full range of educational institutions in Belagavi starting from LKG to PG courses. It is no surprise that its two degree colleges G. S. Science and RPD Arts are accredited by NAAC at A grade.
