AchieveMents: The single point mission of VIF is to create an army of change agents that will transform India. Our near term focus is on bringing systemic transformation by investing in talent, technology and thought. We are proud to have designed the most innovative training programs which have graduated more than 500 change agents so far. Many of our
alumni have started on their mission and have begun to nudge the system in their own way. Others are preparing themselves for this role. In the coming years we will reach a critical mass of change agents in the right positions who will accelerate the transformation process. This is a silent revolution taking place, right now!VIF is building its research capability through the fellowship program. We aim to develop indic solutions to the most challenging problems India faces. Our alumni of change agents will be the vehicles for these ideas and will put them into action. Piece by piece we are weaving together the entire framework for change.
