AchieveMents: Fifteen Thousand families uplifted from poverty to sustainable livelihood. Intervention through mobile health application. Impacted reproductive health service delivery in ten blocks. Reached out to eighty five thousand out of school children in two districts of jharkhand and also influenced child protection initiatives at district levels. Influenced better hygiene and sanitation practices in three districts. Achieved an open defecation free status for fifty villages
