AchieveMents: AMBA’s sole mission and focus is to enable 100 percent employability for a community that has been globally neglected. AMBA’s major role for the future is sharing the model to over 1500 special institutions and thus empowering at least 150000 adults with moderate to severe intellectual disability each institution initially impacting 20 youngsters and having at an average the capacity to scale to 100 in five years. Along with the disadvantage they have intellectually most AMBA partner centers are in small towns and villages and taking Business to them is hugely challenging. AMBA’s business model changes to meet different environments. We have trained 7000 adults and enabled work to 1625 adults pan India.
