ANAAJOREE Key Issues and Operational Areas, Major Activiities & Achivements

AchieveMents: During COVID in 2021, Anaajoree collaborated with a US-based NGO - Parivar Bay Area - to distribute food and medical supplies across North East - including Goalpara, Nagaland, Tinsukia, Arunachal, Nalbari, etc. Also in 2021, we raised funds for a Trans Fellowship project - Porisoy - and the Trans-Gender Livelihood Project. In March last year, we partnered with the British Council and BFI Flare to co-host - Five Films for Freedom - the first global, digital LGBTQ short film program in Guwahati.
