AchieveMents: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST a. To educate the people of India in hygiene, health etc; and prevent young people from alcohol, drugs and immoral traffic etc; and for that purpose utilize visual media by producing and broadcasting T.V programmes, radio programmes etc; using modern information technology methods. b. To provide assistance or help to the poor, the needy, and the old. c. To give assistance for marriage of poor women. d. To give financial help for maintenance of houses for poor people and construction of houses for the homeless. e. To provide assistance financial or otherwise in whatever manner as it may deem fit for the Trust in case of flood, drought, earthquake, famine and other calamities. f. To rehabilitate people affected with AIDS, cancer and leprosy or give assistance for their rehabilitation. g. To institute centres for rehabilitation of mentally retarded and physically handicapped people. h. To run tailoring schools for helping the financially struggling men / women to help to find their own income i. To provide assistance both financially and consultant-wise support and involve in cattle stocks (live stocks, eg. Cow, sheep, chicken, etc.) Vocations. j. To start and run vocational training centres for young people to find their own income. k. To provide assistance and help to the physically and mentally sick. l. To provide assistance financially for farming and also to involve by giving financial and consultant support to the poor and the needy. m. To establish, and maintain Old Age Homes, Orphanages, Destitute Homes, etc to accommodate the ageing, suffering and other needy people. n. To establish, maintain and run studentships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study. o. To conduct camps, conferences, seminar workshops etc for propagation or imparting training in practicing any of the objects of the Trust. p. To disseminate the high values of life, through house visits, awareness conventions, counseling etc, and work against alcoholism, drug addiction, smoking, obscenity etc. q. To open and operate schools or other educational institutions to impart formal or non-formal education. r. To do any other objects of general public utility not involving any business, commerce or trade. s. To establish, develop, maintain and grant aid in cash or in kind to hostels, hospitals, medical schools, medical colleges, nursing institutions, dispensaries, maternities, child welfare centers and/ or such other similar charitable institutions in India for the benefit and use of general public. t. To initiate and implement rural development programmes and projects for the uplift of the poor, maintenance of drinking water projects in rural areas and urban slums, dwelling units and school buildings for the benefit of the economically weaker sections of the society. u. To provide monetary assistance to i) Deserving students whether they are directly under the care of the trust or not. ii) deserving children for medical purpose whether they are under the direct care of the trust or not iii) any destitute
