AchieveMents: Artha Blue Mountain Owners Association is being revived now with the help of 80 plus members on subscription based Rs. 5000 (Rs. Five Thousand only) per annum funds generation in-house from our Plot owners and Cottage owners for maintenance in future at Kinnakorai Village during our stay in Cottage and enjoy minimum facilities at Clubhouse and ensure good hospitality to plot owners and cottage owners who own plots and cottages and also build their own cottages in future.
