AchieveMents: Organised training program on regular basis for tussar silk growers in Kathikund block of Dumka District. The purpose of the training program was to train the farmer with modern techniques and know how in the field of sericulture. The program was jointly organised with Central Silk Board. Trained tribal women of Dumka in silk reeling and gave them employment. Each women were given charkha reeling machine to work from home.
