AchieveMents: PhotoMuse - The Museum of Photography functions under Better Art Foundation. From the initial period countless exhibitions on various themes have been organised in India. Out of these exhibition some of them were very popular among the people from all walks of life, while some were favoured especially by the students. Some of the exhibitions are listed below 1. In November 2014, we conducted an exhibition in our own PhotoMuse Rural Gallery with theme of India – Cultural Plurality 2. From Jan 30 to Feb 10, 2015, there was an exhibition on Wild and Wondrous of photographs by Praveen P Mohandas in PhotoMuse Gallery. 3. From Feb 16 to Mar 10, 2015, there was Exhibition of Platinum Prints by Herbert Ascherman Jr., curated by Dr. Unnikrishnan Pulikkal, in PhotoMuse Rural Gallery. 4. On Mar 27, 2015, a Projected Image Exhibition of a collection of significant images from the Facebook group BAF-PhotoMuse club at PhotoMuse rural gallery. 5. On April 4-20, 2015, the first exhibition stereographs in India was organized in PhotoMuse Rural gallery. 6. A show, Exhibition of Child Art, opened on 22April 2015 and ran through 24th April, in PhotoMuse Gallery. 7. Open Origins - Open Ends Edition A Photography Exhibition on May 4th 2015 in PhotoMuse Rural Gallery. 8. Beginnings - 1, art exhibition by PhotoMuse Student Members on June 20th to July 4 2015. 9. Of life and Nature - an exhibition of photographs by Sandeep Pushkar began on Aug 3-10 2015 in PhotoMuse Rural Gallery. 10. Exhibition of Photographs by KJ Vincent featured 25 of his masterpieces on Sept 19-30, 2015, in PhotoMuse Rural Gallery. 11. Open Origins-Open Ends Edition II was a path breaking Exhibition of Photography organized by PHOTOMUSE on Nov 19-22, 2015, in Kerala Lalit Kala Academy gallery in Thrissur and later in Calicut. 12. Beginnings 2 art exhibition by PhotoMuse Student Members were exhibited in PhotoMuse Rural Gallery on Dec 12-31, 2015. 13. Small life in Madagascar- Exhibition of nature photographs by Dr. Lutz Gabriel from Germany ran through April 18-21, 2016, in Kerala Lalit Kala Academy gallery in Thrissur and continued in PhotoMuse gallery until 15th September 2016. 14. The Open Origins-Open Ends annual edition, curated by Dr. Unnikrishnan Pulikkal, opened on July 31, 2016, at the Durbar Hall Art Centre, Ernakulam In addition to these exhibitions, BAF/PhotoMuse has been doing photographic documentation of heritage sites and endangered cultures in Kerala. Documentaries for children and art workshops for children were also done.
