AchieveMents: Care and treatment Free Medical Health Check up Free Health Investigation (LFT, KFT, X-Ray etc) Free Opportunistic Infection (OI) medicines Home based Care training for family care givers Treatment Education session for PLHIV Networking and referral Counseling services Support groups formation of PLHIV Community Sensitization Programs Prevent further transmission of HIV Training of PLHIV peers on positive prevention Training of women LHIV peers on PPTCT Counseling to women LHIV on PPTCT, infant feeding options and practices Cross cutting Intermediate Results where we organize advocacy program for universal access to treatment, care and support and other entitlements for PLHIV with key stakeholders Annual 15 days Free Detoxification Camp Phased out 30 of our clients out of 152 registered clients on the three criteria’s set by the sponsors Out of the five Free Detoxification Camps initiated by the organization annually, we have eight beneficiaries who went through rehabilitation and are actively involved in social work. Through our initiation two Women LHIV went through PPTCT program and could able to save their child from HIV infection Five Orphans and vulnerable children got the Educational Support and they all passed out with flying colors which result in addition of another 21 more children for the same support the following year.
