AchieveMents: To work for the overall Development of the society. To undertake project for self- employment such as horticulture and agriculture development. To shoulder responsibilities of relief and rehabilitation works and render voluntary services to the people especially during the of natural calamities/ epidemics and other emergencies. To maintain the highest possible standard of humanitarian service by running welfare institute like orphanage/ Orphan school/ old age homes/Vocational Institute/ Training centers/ health center/ welfare of woman/ widow/ Welfare of children/ woman adult Education/ Discourage of Child and Force marriage. To assist and undertake preventive and control measures in disaster prone zones and crisis management in disaster stricken localities. To promote eco-tourism. To encourage rainwater rainwater harvesting and promote use of non- conventional means of energy in remote areas especially solar. To established functional linkages with other reputed NGOs functioning at state, Region,Nation, And International Level. There shall not be any profit motive while carrying out the activities and achieving the objects of the society. the surplus fund/ assist, if shall be utilized only in furtherance of the object of the society. Promote entrepreneurship in both rural and urban areas. Working handloom and handicraft activities and rural areas. To cooperate, collaborate with center/state and other agencies to undertake development programmes in Rural and Urban Areas. To conduct and also to assist in organising training and study courses, conferences, seminar, workshops etc. on rural development and allied subjects. To work towards better health in rural and urban areas, create awareness on AIDS/HIV and to address other similar issue in the broader interest of people. Accept grants of money securities of property of any kind undertaken and accept the management of any endowment, trust, fund or donation not inconsistent with the object of the society on such terms from time to time. To receive grants and aids from othe World Bank and also contribution/donation from NRIs and other well-wisher to achieve the objrct of the society. Invest and deal with funds moneys of the society. Impose and recover fee and charge for the services rendered by it. Purchase hire take on lease exchange or otherwise acquire a property movable or immovable which may be necessary or convenient for the purpose the society and construct after and or maintain such building and works as may be necessary for carrying out the object of the society. sell, hire, lease exchange or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or any property, movable or immovable of the society provide that for the transfer of immobile property prior approval in writing of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh is obtained in that behalf. Draw, accept, make, endorse, discount and deposit Government of India and other promissory item, bills of exchange, cheque or other negotaible instrument. Create reserve Fund, sinking Fund, Insurance Fund or any other especial fund whether for depreciation, repairs, improvements, extension or maintenance of any of the properties or rights of the society and/or for recouping, wasting and for any other purpose for which the society deems it expedient or proper to create or maintain any such fund or funds. The area of operation of the society will be throughout Arunachal Pradesh and need based within the National Boundaries.
