Sarthebari Muncipal Board is in need of smoothing the Tax Collection system. Therefore the invited Excel Foundation for making a proper strategy so that Citizens are ready to pay Tax and get instant update through proper channel. After conviction from the board, the issue an initial amount of Rs.1,65,000 as first phase which is only for creating awareness through different program within the town. Again final amount of Rs. 2,20,2000 is granted based on the completion of the Project.

There is a non functioning toilet near New Bus Stand at Barpeta Town. The Organization proceed with a proposal for making it repair and functioning through proper awareness like the usability and importance of public toilet in public place. Also the Organization helps surrounding people to make it as pay and use toilet so that a good cleanliness and hygiene can be maintained in the toilet.

The Organization conducted inter school completion within different schools with a cleanliness envournment theme so that student life also get engaged in it.
Along with that the Organization fixed several hoarding, wall painting, street plays, cleanliness drives in different part if the town. The main is to bring awareness on envournemnt cleanliness and stoppage on usage of single use plastic in the the town. Even door to door visit also done for segregation of household waste in different ways.
