AchieveMents: i. Conducted field based surveys of 25 villages, in 11 states in India under an ongoing project titled "Project on Agrarian Relations in India".
ii. Have calculated Household Incomes for all survey villages (It is noteworthy that there are no official sources of serial data on household incomes in rural India).
iii. Currently coordinating a research project examining the socio-economic characteristics of small-scale farming households in different agro-ecological regions of India and the viability of small-scale farming in contemporary conditions.
iv. Have published Socio-Economic Surveys for the states of Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka (forthcoming)
v. Have published 12 issues of the peer-reviewed journal, Review of Agrarian Studies
vi.Have published four books on different aspects of Agrarian issues in India
vii. Published the Tripura Human Development Report 2007
viii. Have supported the M.Phil. and Doctoral research of more than 10 research scholars
ix. The library of the Foundation (located in Thrissur, Kerala) has some 10000 books, reports, journals, and other documents and publications
x. Have a archive of primary data from more than 35 villages in India.
