AchieveMents: Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Silchar providing various need based Vocational educational training programme for non- literate, Neo literate, Rudimentary level & and with some education, with the target of SC, ST, OBC, Minority & General with the aim to skill development and income generation of the unorganized sector population. More over Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Silchar organized various activities programme with the aim of awareness and capacity building. Say Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Vima Yojana, Swatcha Bharat, Jan Dhan Yojana, Sakshar Bharat etc. Jan Shikshan Sansthan also celebrates red letter days say as Gandhi Jayanti, National Youth Day, Independence Day, Basa Sahid Dibash Etc. Jan Shikshan Sansthan organized need based programme and as per directive all the programmes are feedback oriented. The extra ordinary part of Jan Shikshan Sansthan is it is an instrument of changing the livelihood, Philosophy and philology of unorganized sector. When a housewife after completing a four months training she started to earn Rs 1000 minimum, which is an additional income to her family. Some times candidates after completing training they become busy with their real income. As for example suppose a female candidate after completing her tailoring tracing she started stitching her family members cloth i.e. obviously her real income. Jan Shikshan Sansthan is silently a sincerely working as an agent of women empowerment programme truly speaking during JSS training programme the trainees who are coming from far distant rural sector, after completing the training programme they become in real sense of responsible citizen of India. Their confidence level increase and they started to thing their participatory role in the democratic crosses of the country. Jan Shikshan Sansthan as a Vidal role in transforming India as a economic giant of tomorrow’s world and Jan Shikshan Sansthan can collectively move the BPL level unorganized sector to reach in the modern India.
