AchieveMents: In 2009 Janhit Foundation gratefully accepted the Green Apple Award from The Green Organization based in the UK for our outstanding contribution and work on environmental issues In addition to building links with new partners and moving Janhit Foundation forward a large part of her work has been ensuring that our existing partnerships with organizations like the UNDP remain strong and that she continues to build upon the work that we have undertaken in the past This has been no more apparent than with our collaboration with the UNDP to eliminate the agricultural use of POPs in Western UP The success of this work is due to be published very shortly in the form of a book and it is projects like these which are built on the back of successful relations with our partners that will continue to form the backbone of her future work in this field
